1. Company Information
This online store is operated by Supergen Life EOOD, a company incorporated under Bulgarian law, EIK/BULSTAT 207561924, registered office: Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact details are published on our Imprint page.
2. Scope
These Terms govern all contracts concluded through this website between Supergen Life EOOD and the customer. By placing an order, you accept these Terms.
3. Offers and Conclusion of Contract
Product presentations on this site constitute an invitation to place an order. A contract is concluded when we confirm your order (order confirmation email) or when the goods are dispatched.
4. Prices and VAT
All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and include Bulgarian VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. For deliveries to other EU member states, local VAT rules (destination principle) apply where required.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g. credit/debit card and PayPal). The purchase price is due immediately upon order confirmation. In case of default, statutory late-payment rules apply.
6. Delivery and Shipping
We ship to the EU countries listed at checkout. Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days. Shipping costs €3.50 flat and is free for orders of €50 or more. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; in case of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract. This does not affect statutory consumer rights. Liability for indirect damage, lost profit, or data loss beyond statutory obligations is excluded to the extent legally permissible.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and all contracts are governed by Bulgarian law. For consumers, mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of habitual residence remain unaffected. The Bulgarian courts are competent; consumers may also bring claims in their country of residence where EU law so provides.
