1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
2. How to Withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us — Supergen Life EOOD (contact email on our Imprint page) — by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email). You may use this model withdrawal form: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [description], ordered on [date], order number [number]." Sending the notice before the 14-day period expires is sufficient.
3. Returning the Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Exception: if the goods are defective or were delivered in error, we cover the return shipping cost — contact us first and we will provide a prepaid return label. Goods should be returned in resalable condition with original packaging where possible; a decrease in value from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may be deducted from the refund.

4. Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or of you providing evidence of dispatch, if earlier). We refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.
5. Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsealed after delivery (e.g. hygiene products), goods made to customer specifications, or sealed audio/video/software unsealed after delivery, to the extent permitted by EU consumer law.
6. Defective Goods
For defective or damaged goods, contact us with photos and your order number. We will offer repair, replacement, or a full refund including return shipping, in line with statutory warranty rights.
